About the Presenters:
Renuka Bhalerao, Principal Systems Architect
Renuka is a Senior Product Line Manager for Radisys Corporation, with her primary focus on 3G and LTE small cell technologies and Trillium software. Prior to this, Renuka held a position of Principal Systems Architect in a customer-facing role specializing in Telecom Software and Systems. Renuka has 17 years of telecom industry experience with expertise in wireless and VoIP solutions.
Paul Senior, CTO, Airspan
Paul Senior is Chief Technical Officer and is a co-founder of Airspan. He has served as Head of Airspan’s RF Planning Team, Director of Customer Services, Senior Director of Operations and Sales Asia Pacific, as Vice President Marketing and Product Management and, since May 2007, as Airspan’s CTO. Paul is an industry veteran, with over 25 years’ experience in the radio telecommunication industry, and has held positions at GEC Telecoms, Plessey Research, Nortel, Alcatel and DSC Communications. Mr. Senior participated in the creation the WiMAX Forum. Paul is a Small Cell evangelist and is active in an number of industry bodies focused on Small Cells and Small Cell Backhaul.
